Airoclip PTE, based in Singapore, operates AIRONET and the website at airogames.net. Airoclip PTE is a subsidiary of Airoclip Private Limited. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Airoclip PTE.

We are responsible for personal information we collect in connection with this website and enquiries addressed to us. Please send privacy questions and requests to contact@airogames.net, with “Privacy enquiry” in the subject line.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to this informational website and communications about our publishing services. It does not describe data processing inside games, developer tools or third-party platforms. Those services may require their own privacy notices or contractual data-protection terms before use.

The website does not offer player accounts, game downloads, purchases or a submission portal. Describing an ad monetization service on this website does not mean that advertising technology is running on this website.

3. Information we receive

• Information you provide: when you email us, we receive your email address, the name you provide, message contents and any attachments. A publishing enquiry may include your studio details, role, game description and contact preferences.
• Technical information: the hosting provider may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps and related request logs to deliver the website, maintain security and diagnose problems.

Please send only information relevant to your enquiry. Do not include player-level personal data, passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in an initial publishing enquiry.

4. How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, evaluate potential publishing relationships, provide requested information, maintain business communications, operate and protect the website, and meet applicable legal obligations.

This website is intended to introduce our publishing services to developers and business contacts.
