1. About these terms

This website is operated by Airoclip PTE, based in Singapore, under the AIRONET brand. Airoclip PTE is a subsidiary of Airoclip Private Limited. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Airoclip PTE.

These terms apply to your use of airogames.net. By using this website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

2. Website purpose and publishing services

The website introduces our publishing approach and capabilities for mobile games. It is provided for general information and to invite discussions with developers and business partners.

Service descriptions are not an offer to enter a publishing contract, a guarantee of acceptance or a promise of particular commercial results. The scope of services, supported channels, responsibilities, rights, fees and any performance commitments must be agreed separately in writing. We may update the information and capabilities described as our business develops.

No trademark licence, publishing rights or rights to our tools are granted merely by visiting this website. Likewise, contacting us does not transfer ownership of your game or intellectual property to us.

When you contact us, provide accurate information and share only material you are authorised to disclose. If you act for a studio or company, ensure you are authorised to make the enquiry.

Please do not send confidential source code, trade secrets or player personal data in an initial email. A general enquiry does not itself create a confidentiality agreement, exclusivity commitment or publishing relationship. Where confidential evaluation is needed, confidentiality terms should be agreed before the relevant information is shared.

You retain your rights in materials you send. We may review those materials and communicate with you for the purpose of considering your enquiry. Any broader use, development or publishing rights require a separate agreement.

6. Links and third-party services

Links to other websites or services are provided for convenience or information. Third parties operate their own services and determine their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content or availability. A link does not by itself indicate endorsement, certification or a commercial partnership.

10. Changes and general terms

We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version and changing the revision date. Material changes will be notified where required by law. The terms applicable to a separate signed publishing agreement are determined by that agreement.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
